We know that sometimes things don’t work out with your order and that’s completely fine.

At Galerie Noire, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Galerie Noire Gift Card.

RETURN OPTIONS: EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
REFUND: NOT OFFERED AT THIS TIME

Please note - Returns & Exchanges are only available for the following regions - Canada, United States, Australia, Europe & UK.

 

RETURN WINDOW

All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe, or that do not follow our policy guidelines, will not be approved.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

After your return arrives at our office, please allow 5–10 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.                                       

Store credit is provided as an Galerie Noire Gift Card sent by email. It does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, odor free, and with the original packaging.

All original tags must still be attached.

Products/packaging that are in non-sellable condition will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For exchanges, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item being sent out.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be covered by Galerie Noire. 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
