1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. Estimated production timelines will be provided.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Canada & International Shipping:

  • Orders over $75 CAD: Shipping is free.

  • Orders under $75 CAD: Flat rate shipping fee of $10 CAD, regardless of location.

Delivery is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing and courier delays.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

Shipping costs are applied as above, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation.


5. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can occur due to weather, high order volumes, or courier interruptions.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at GalerieNoireStore@gmail.com with your order number.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement as needed.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
